RESERVATION POLICY

A 2 night prepayment is required on all cabins and 3 night prepayment on the Lake House and Lodge. Multiple unit booking  may require additional prepayment. Prepayment must be received within 10 days of making areservation. Must be 22 or older to reserve.

We appreciate your understanding that our business depends solely on advance reservations. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove the reserved unit from the market and all other requests for it are refused. You are responsible for all day reserved. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Refunds less a $25.00 fee will be made once the cancelled reservation is fully rebooked. Balance due upon arrival
